We understand that plans can change. To respect the time of both our clients and stylists, the following cancellation fees apply:

Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours will incur a R900 cancellation fee. 

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be

charged 100% of the booked service.

A booking deposit of R900 is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied to your final bill on the day of your service. Deposits are non refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

At Collab Hair, we take great pride in the quality of our services and products. As such we do not offer refunds. If you are not completely satisfied, we encourage you to reach out within 7 days of your appointment so we can work with you to find a suitable solution.
